The Japanese gaming and comic platform launched its own payment platform to combat Visa and Mastercard's censorship.
This new payment method is called "Minna no Ginko Payment" and it's supposed to be an instant payment platform connected to Minna no Ginko, a Japanese digital bank.
Unfortunately, this option won't be available for people outside of Japan and the company doesn't guarantee the app’s operation when accessed from overseas.

I recommend you buy the Wolfenstein Alt History Collection. You'll get all the Wolfenstein games for around 8 bucks.
